- We’ll gladly accept back our product over $25.00. You have 15 days after your order date to obtain an RMA Number for purchased products.
- We won’t be able to process your return without a valid RMA Number.
- On any product return, buyers pay for the return shipping labels.
- We must receive your return within 10 days of receiving your RMA Number.

For security and tracking purposes, all our TV parts are marked with identifiers with pictures taken before shipping and/or serialized labels, your returns will be visually inspected for those identifying markings. If a marking is not present on the part(s), the claim will be 100% DENIED. Please do not tamper with or alter our parts along with any markings or labels our boards may have.
