Where do you get your TV parts from?
The majority of our parts are reclaimed from new TVs damaged during freight shipping. We also source and manufacture certain TV parts to meet demand.
Are the parts new or used?
Our parts are “reclaimed” from new TVs with damaged screens, with the exception of our panels. We can’t technically say the parts are “new” because they lack an OEM number and have not been purchased directly from the manufacturer. However, they are also not “used” since we harvested them from new TVs damaged during shipping. In some cases, we do source some “new” TV parts directly from the manufacturers, but those parts will be marked on the site as New, or you can contact us to check.
